Andrew has a MBA with Distinction, for which he provided a highly commended strategic marketing and business development consultancy for the Duke of Rutland’s Belvoir Estate, and market penetration consultancy for a division of Pfizer plc (Europe). He is a PRINCE2 qualified and highly experienced project manager whose experience includes directing strategic and tactical level communication information system implementation projects for the UK Defence sector in the UK and in British military operational theatres internationally. As a qualified CIPD coach Andrew very much enjoys nurturing talent, and he has extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership and management training for mid to senior management in the public and private sectors using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology. Above all, Andrew derives huge satisfaction from helping people, organisations and ideas to realise their full potential. He leads international expeditions with World Challenge, developing the leadership and team-working skills of young people, and he enjoys motorcycling and photography.
