Dane Pepperday MCIPD – Director of Learning and Development
Dane is the co-owner of Benchmark Training having joined the Company in 2006. He is one of its leading learning and development specialists specialising in the identification and provision of learning and development needs to meet public and private sector needs. He has over thirty years experience of leading TNA work and in providing training design, development and validation solutions with specific emphasis across the transportation, energy and security sectors where he has successfully delivered work for a large number of blue-chip clients including Network Rail, EADS, Babcock International Group, Oshkosh, May Gurney and Urenco.
Dane’s primary responsibility is directing the design and development of bespoke learning and development solutions and programmes. He has extensive experience of introducing and co-ordinating continuing improvement programmes and of managing the technical support to large learning and development contracts. Dane directed the TNA and training design work for the Practical Leadership Programme (PLP) and Control Room Core Messaging (CM) programmes that Benchmark is delivering to Network Rail, its extensive coaching and communications programmes and is the Project Director for both the PLP and CM programmes.
