Josh Giddins – Learning and Development Tutor
Josh joined Benchmark in September 2009, as deputy team leader responsible for leadership development training to the rail sector. He has a strong background in course design and development and works as a subject matter expert in this key area.
Prior to joining Benchmark he spent 28 years in the Army, holding a variety of high profile learning and development posts. He was part of the in-Service team that designed and delivered the current 26 week Infantry Training Package at Warminster. He is a qualified lecturer, assessor, coach and mentor with a great deal of experience in all of these areas.
He also delivers Level one coach education on behalf of the Football Association as well as being a level 4 football coach for a Premiership football team.
