We offer you the opportunity to train staff in many situations, locations and venues, utilising an extensive range of delivery methods and we work tirelessly to create an environment of true engagement and interest.
Our specialist training centre is conveniently located in the Cotswolds within a 550 acre site. At Moreton in Marsh we have access to one of the largest and most complete range of practical and contextualised training facilities in the world. The unique facilities enable our delegates to undertake leadership, command and control, communications and incident management training in the most realistic conditions possible in a range of locations that replicate conditions they could encounter in their day to day role. Facilities include a rail incident complex, an industrial complex, a motorway, buildings, aircraft, an oil rig and a ship.
Of specific interest is the Rail Incident Complex. This totally unique facility includes an 800 meter section of ‘permanent way’ complete with third rail, OLE, a level crossing and platform. A three car Pendolino unit and a large selection of goods wagons and locomotives in a goods marshalling area complete the scene. We use the facility to contextualise our practical rail leadership training and to provide rail incident management training in a realistic and testing environment.
The Benchmark training rooms are large, light and airy and back directly onto the outdoor training area where delegates make extensive use of the range of practical tasks that are all undertaken in a large and private setting. Some of Benchmark’s leadership courses utilise Broadway Tower which is one of the highest points in the Cotswolds with its stunning backdrop and outstanding views into the Vale of Evesham and beyond.
Our training site has all the features that you would expect from a fully residential campus-style facility. Our clients have a choice of on-site single en-suite or standard rooms and delegates have access to a wide range of modern on-site leisure facilities including a self-service restaurant, shop, bars, gymnasium, sports hall, swimming pool, sports pitches and library with full internet access.
