Benchmark Training has partnered with the Great North Great East (GNGE) Alliance to deliver an integrated Safety Critical Communication (SCC) package focussed on critical communicators within the Alliance. This specialist training and 1:1 coaching has contributed significantly towards the GNGE being recognised as setting the highest standards for Protection Control Centres and critical communicators across the project and the region.
The programme consists of a bespoke suite of training and continual improvement initiatives, which facilitate a learning journey that delivers excellent return on investment for the business. It comprises an interactive trainer-led course; 10 hours of 1:1 coaching for each delegate in their workplace and follow-on monitoring and review sessions that reinforce best practice and maintains highest standards.
